Congratulations are in order for Merrick House’s Director of Parent Education, Tiffany Ashley! Ms. Ashley received the Early Childhood Champion Award at the Invest in Children Annual Meeting on May 8th. Ms. Ashley is a dedicated and influential leader in the Cleveland community, with over 15 years of experience in youth development and family empowerment. As the Director of Parent Education at Merrick House, she has positively impacted hundreds of families through her thoughtful guidance and innovative educational programming. Beginning her career in youth residential care, She has long been a trusted mentor to both young people and their parents. She has played a key role in creating and leading programs that support parents at every stage of their parenting journey. Her newest initiative, The Affinity Pulse, is a groundbreaking co-parenting program designed to strengthen the presence and involvement of fathers in the community. Her work focuses on creating inclusive, culturally responsive initiatives that equip parents with the tools and knowledge to foster their children’s growth and success. Tiffany’s commitment to community engagement and her passion for education have made her a highly respected figure in Cleveland’s efforts to uplift and empower families.
